Free Online Class – Preventive back care
This month we offer you a FREE CLASS with the topic – ‘ Preventive back care’ .
First and foremost, I would like to express that yoga itself has a therapeutic effect. If you do yoga properly, you will have benefits.
During this hour, we will focus on the back, through one sequence, which is just one of many. Maintaining healthy back functionality is a wide area, with different challenges, and therefore different approaches are required. This is a general lesson, designed to teach some basic asanas so that we can adapt personal yoga practice to our physical condition.
It is intended for everyone, even for those of you who have no experience in yoga. If you have experience, great, you are also welcome ☺︎
The class takes place online, via Zoom. Please turn off your microphones right at the beginning of the class, and keep them off for a whole duration of the class. You can turn on your cameras so teacher can see you and correct you. In case you have a question, feel free to turn on the microphone and ask.
The class will be held on Saturday, January 30 at 7 p.m.
The class will last between 60 and 90 minutes.
You need comfortable clothes and basic props like a yoga mat, bricks, a chair, blankets, or something instead because practicing yoga at home is a fantastic opportunity to ignite our creativity.
