Iyengaru, je klasi\u010dan stil hatha joge koji se temelji na tradicionalnom sistemu <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Patan\u0111alijeve asthanga<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> yoge (a\u0161ta-osam, anga-dio) &#8211; <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">yama, niyama, asana, pranayama, pratyahara, dharana, dhyana i samadhi. <\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">B.K.S. Iyengar je rekao da ne postoji Iyengar joga &#8211; samo Patan\u0111alijeva joga, no istovremeno je njegova jedinstvena perspektiva da joga asane i pranayama (tehnike disanja) mogu biti predlo\u0161ci kroz koje se mogu istra\u017eivati, evaluirati i iskusiti i svi ostali dijelovi a\u0161tanga joge. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Ova je metoda prikladna za svakoga &#8211; bez obzira na dob, zdravstveno stanje i druga osobna ograni\u010denja. Iyengar yoga u\u010di praktikante kako razviti snagu i gipkost, pove\u0107ava usredotocenost, mo\u0107 zapa\u017eanja i opu\u0161tanje, a poti\u010de i suosje\u0107anje i bolje razumijevanje sebe i drugih.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Iyengar yoga je stil yoge koji nagla\u0161ava preciznost i uskla\u0111enost tijela. Prakticirajuci na na\u010din da postignu uskla\u0111enost u svakom polo\u017eaju, polaznici Iyengar yoge te\u017ee ravnote\u017ei tijela, daha i uma. Promjenom redoslijeda <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">asana<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> mogu\u0107e je poja\u010dati fizi\u010dki, mentalni i emocionalni u\u010dinak vje\u017ebe i time omogu\u0107iti u\u010deniku jasniji uvid u promjene do kojih dolazi tijekom prakticiranja.<\/span><br \/><\/div><\/div>\n<div class=\"gca-utility columns-container\"><div class=\"gca-column two-thirds first\"><h3 style=\"text-align: left;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Trajanje<\/span><\/h3>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">&#8211; se odnosi na vrijeme provedeno u polo\u017eaju ili u <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">pranayami<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">. Polo\u017eaji se ne izmjenjuju na brzinu ili nepa\u017eljivo. Potrebno je vrijeme da u polo\u017eaj u\u0111emo i postanemo u njemu stabilni.
