U\u0107i \u0107emo dublje u bazi\u010dne asane, kroz razli\u010dite varijacije i uz pomo\u0107 rekvizita kao \u0161to su blokovi, deke, stolice itd., fokus \u0107e biti na poravnanju tijela u asanama.<\/p>\n<p>Preciznost u asanama nije samo namijenjena poravnanju nekog dijela tijela, ve\u0107 pravilnog funkcioniranja \u017eivog bi\u0107a.
