Lara Speroni nam dolazi iz Londona i odr\u017eati \u0107e cijelodnevnu radionicu gdje \u0107e nas postepeno uvesti i pripremiti za pregibe unaprijed.<br \/>\nRadionica \u0107e biti na engleskom jeziku uz mogu\u0107nost prijevoda.<\/p>\n<p>S obzirom da na\u0161 prostor mo\u017ee primiti manji broj ljudi, radionicu \u0107emo ponoviti par puta da bi svi zainteresirani dobili priliku iskusiti precizan rad Iyengar joge pod vodstvom iskusne u\u010diteljice. Stoga, radionica \u0107e se odr\u017eati:<\/p>\n<p>u Subotu, 02.07.2016.<br \/>\nu Nedjelju 03.07.2016.<\/p>\n<p>A ako bude dovoljno zainteresiranih onda i u:<br \/>\nNedjelju 10.07.2016.<\/p>\n<p>Sve dane vrijeme radionice \u0107e biti isto: 9:00 &#8211; 12:00, 15:30 do 18:30<\/p>\n<p>Molim vas da izaberete termin koji vam pa\u0161e i rezervirate svoje mjesto na vrijeme. Rezerviranje mjesta za radionicu mo\u0107i \u0107ete obaviti jedino uz uplatu radionice barem sedmicu dana prije radionice.<br \/>\nUkoliko ne uspijete do\u0107i na radionicu, a rezervirali ste mjesto &#8211; uplata \u0107e vam biti u cijelosti vra\u0107ena ako se va\u0161e mjesto popuni, ako ne povrat \u0107e biti 50%.<\/p>\n<p>Iskreno preporu\u010dujem radionicu, svima koji ina\u010de idu na radionice &#8211; da prodube bazu svoje prakse, a pogotovo za one koji nisu bili na radionicama a dolaze redovito na satove, da nau\u010de pripremiti i pravilno uvesti svoje tijelo u pregibe unaprijed. Uz postepen rad i kompetentno vo\u0111enje nau\u010diti \u0107emo puno uz dobro dru\u0161tvo.<\/p>\n<p>Donacija: 330kn (za polaznike Iyengar yoge u Puli 300kn)<\/p>\n<p>S obzirom da je radionica cjelodnevna, imamo mogu\u0107nost ru\u010dka u pauzi. Ru\u010dak bi bio spremljen u restoranu sirove hrane \u2018Shanti\u2019, a donacija za ru\u010dak je 30kn. Da bi se mogli organizirati uz prijavu na radionicu potrebno je izraziti da li se \u017eelite prijaviti za ru\u010dak ili ne.<br \/>\nTako\u0111er pizzeria \u2018Carusso\u2019 je odmah uz nas, a Pomidor bar je udaljen oko 100m za one koji bi na kavicu, a i pla\u017ea je odmah tu ako netko \u017eeli mali kupanjac.
