ARUN"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Iako \u0107ete danas na\u0107i joga propse (rekvizite) u mnogim stilovima joge, u pro\u0161losti se nisu koristili nikakvi rekviziti za prakticiranje joge i kredit ide BKS Iyengaru koji je uo\u010dio i iskoristio vi\u0161enamjensku korisnost stvari oko sebe, iz svakodnevnog \u017eivota, i kreativno osmislio njihovu uporabu u joga praksi. Ciglice, remeni, stolice, podmeta\u010di, dekice, u\u017ead, klupice itd. su samo neki od rekvizita koji su plod Iyengarove inovativne genijalnosti. Tako je Iyengar joga poznata po rekvizitima koji se koriste tokom satova, specijalno u terapijskoj jogi ali i u normalnim satovima, da bi se omogu\u0107ilo izvo\u0111enje poze ili da bi se dao naglasak na odre\u0111enu akciju ili dio tijela, ili za dublji rad ili pak da bi se omogu\u0107io du\u017ei ostanak u pozi, i naravno za restorativno djelovanje asana.<br \/>\nH.S. Arun je vi\u010dan kori\u0161tenju rekvizita i neumorno nalazi nove na\u010dine i varijacije njihove uporabe. Tako da \u0107e tema radionice biti \u201cKreativno i sveobuhvatno kori\u0161tenje rekvizita sa prijateljstvom (maitri) i sre\u0107om (santhosha) za istra\u017eivanje, reflektiranje i meditaciju u na\u0161oj svakodnevnoj praksi \u201c<\/p>\n<p>H.S.Arun je u potpunosti posvetio svoj \u017eivot propagiranju Iyengar joge. Osobno se zala\u017ee i interesira za svakog pojedina\u010dnog studenta sa dubokim razumijevanjem za snagu i tako\u0111er slabe to\u010dke studenta, vodi svakoga da prakticira u sklopu svojih vlastitih mogu\u0107nosti.<br \/>\nNjegovo konstantno prou\u010davanje svih aspekata joge i njihovih korelacija sa psihi\u010dkim i fizi\u010dkim dobrostanjem svakog, mu je pomoglo da uvede inovativne metode podu\u010davanja asana. To zauzvrat poma\u017ee studentima da shvate istan\u010dane aspekte polo\u017eaja. Njegova spremnost za \u0161alu i dobar smisao za humor o\u017eivljavaju satove.<br \/>\nU zadnjih 35 godina, H.S.Arun prakticira i podu\u010dava umjetnost i znanost joge. Dok je podu\u010davao u centru u Bengaloru, 1978., sreo je Guru\u0111ija Yogacharyu BKS Iyengara i postao je njegov u\u010denik. Tako\u0111er je izo\u0161travao svoju praksu uz Gitu i Prashant Iyengara.
