Zato asana otvara cijeli spektar joga mogu\u0107nosti. Nije mogu\u0107e ostvariti bla\u017eenstvo bez potpore utjelovljenog vozila du\u0161e.<\/p>\n<p>Kada je osoba uznemirena ili poti\u0161tena, primjetit \u0107emo da ne mo\u017ee \u010dvrsto stajati na svojim nogama. U pozama \u0107emo u\u010diti kako da budemo \u010dvrsti i postojani, omogu\u0107avaju\u0107i mozgu da se opusti. Takav rad<br \/>\nnam\u00a0mo\u017ee pomo\u0107i da zadr\u017eimo stabilnost u raznim \u017eivotnim situacijama. BKS Iyengar obja\u0161njava da kada stabilnost postane stanje u kojem bivamo, zrelost i jasno\u0107a je prate.<\/p>\n<p>Za jogija, fizi\u010dko tijelo odgovara zemlji &#8211; jednom od elemenata prirode. Tijelo je poput gline koju formiramo godinama, a na kraju se vra\u0107a u pra\u0161inu. Sve kulture prepoznaju ovu istinu, ali danas je \u010desto smatramo pukom metaforom. No ona je vi\u0161e od toga. Dok budemo istra\u017eivali svoje tijelo, istra\u017eivat \u0107emo ovaj element prirode.
