Ako pravilno radite jogu, imati \u0107ete dobrobiti.<\/p>\n<p>Tokom ovog sata usmjeriti \u0107emo pa\u017enju ka le\u0111ima, kroz jednu sekvencu, koja je samo jedna od mnogih. Molim vas da isklju\u010dite va\u0161e mikrofone odmah na po\u010detku, i zadrzite ih isklju\u010dene tokom cijelog sata, a uklju\u010dite va\u0161e kamere tako da vas u\u010ditelj mo\u017ee korigirati.
