Obilnim unosom kisika discipliniranim tehnikama, doga\u0111aju se suptilne kemijske promjene u tijelu sadhake (praktikanta). Prakticiranje asana uklanja prepreke koje ometaju protok prane, a prakticiranje pranajame regulira taj protok prane kroz tijelo. Tako\u0111er regulira sve misli, \u017eelje i postupke, daje stalo\u017eenost i ogromnu snagu volje koja je potrebna da bismo postali gospodari samih sebe.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Te\u010daj po\u010dinje u subotu, 06.02. u 7:00 ujutro i odr\u017eavat \u0107e se \u0161est uzastopnih subota. Sat \u0107e trajati izme\u0111u 60 i 75 min. Molim vas da isklju\u010dite mikrofone odmah na po\u010detku, i ostavite ih isklju\u010dene tijekom cijelog sata, a kamere\u00a0uklju\u010dite kako bi vas u\u010ditelj mogao vidjeti.<\/p>\n<p>Za sat pranajame potrebna vam je udobna odje\u0107a, bolster, barem dvije dekice, remen. Za sudjelovanje te\u010daju potrebno je elementarno iskustvo u jogi, barem 6 mjeseci prakticiranja.<\/p>\n<p>Mogu\u0107e je prijaviti se samo za cijeli te\u010daj, a prijave zavr\u0161avaju dan prije po\u010detka, u petak 05.02. u podne.<\/p>\n<p>Kotizacija je 250kn.<\/p>\n<p>Zainteresirani, molim vas javite se preko kontaktnog obrasca.
