Joga praksa nam poma\u017ee da budemo u sada\u0161njem trenutku i razvijamo osvje\u0161\u0107enost i usredoto\u010denost. Ako imate iskustva, to je bonus, i dobro do\u0161li \u263a\ufe0e<\/p>\n<p>Sat se odvija online, preko Zoom-a. Molim vas da isklju\u010dite va\u0161e mikrofone odmah na po\u010detku, i zadrzite ih isklju\u010dene tokom cijelog sata, a uklju\u010dite va\u0161e kamere tako da vas u\u010ditelj mo\u017ee korigirati.
