{"id":2626,"date":"2023-11-07T14:11:59","date_gmt":"2023-11-07T14:11:59","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/iyengaryoga.hr\/?p=2626"},"modified":"2023-11-07T14:13:51","modified_gmt":"2023-11-07T14:13:51","slug":"eka-pada-iyengar-yoga-workshop","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/iyengaryoga.hr\/hr\/eka-pada-iyengar-yoga-workshop\/","title":{"rendered":"EKA PADA Iyengar joga radionica"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>&#8220;For a yogi, the body is his laboratory for perpetual experiment and research.\u201d (Za jogija, tijelo je njegov laboratorij za neprekidno eksperimentiranje i istra\u017eivanje.)<\/p>\n<p>Inspirirani ovom izjavom BKS Iyengara, na\u0161a radionica \u0107e biti prva u nizu mnogih, gdje \u0107emo se na\u0107i i zajedno istra\u017eivati na\u010dine kako da pobolj\u0161amo svoje razumijevanje, percepciju, osvije\u0161\u0107enost u, i kroz prakticiranje joge.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p>U subotu \u0107emo se pozabaviti sa EKA PADA akcijom \u0161to literalno zna\u010di jedna (eka) noga (pada) i ta akcija se prote\u017ee kroz mnoge poze, od bazi\u010dnih do naprednih.<\/p>\n<p>U jednostavnijem vidu ta akcija mo\u017ee uklju\u010divati samo dr\u017eanje jedne noge stabilnom dok se druga mi\u010de ili u kompleksnijem vidu udaljavanje nogu jedne od druge.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p>Takve akcije i pokretanje nogu su va\u017ene da bi se zadr\u017ealo zdravlje i mobilnost nogu, koljenja, kukova i prepona. A to je specijalno bitno u dana\u0161njici uz na\u0161 sedentarni \u017eivot uz vi\u0161esatno sjedenje na stolicama, \u010dak i u populanim aktivnostima poput tr\u010danja i bicikliranja koje uklju\u010duju repetivne pokrete kratkog dometa.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p>Latinska poslovica ka\u017ee: \u2018Tko nema u glavi ima u nogama\u2019. Iako \u0107emo mi raditi na nogama, BKS Iyengar obja\u0161njava kako ekstenzijom, istezanjem tijela razvijamo pa\u017enju i time na\u0161a osvije\u0161\u0107enost prodire iz na\u0161eg centra kroz cijelo tijelo. Kada to uspijemo, tada energija nesmetano te\u010de kroz fizi\u010dko tijelo, kroz nervni sistem do vanjskog sloja na\u0161e ko\u017ee i jo\u0161 dalje od toga. Pa se nadamo da \u0107e ne\u0161to do\u0107i i u glavu \ud83d\ude09<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p>Na ovoj radionici zadr\u017eati \u0107emo se na bazi\u010dnim pozama, no potrebno je znanje ulaska i mogu\u0107nost bivanja u \u0160ir\u0161asani (stoju na glavi) i Sarvangasani (stoju na ramenima). Radionica nije namijenjena po\u010detnicima.<\/p>\n<p>Odr\u017eati \u0107e se u subotu, 18.11. sa po\u010detkom u 10:00, u trajanju od 3 sata. Mjesto odr\u017eavanja je u na\u0161em prostoru tako da je broj sudionika ograni\u010den. Va\u0161e mjesto rezervirate uplatom.
