Kroz radionice \u0107emo se baviti konkretnim akcijama koje mogu pomo\u0107i u smanjenju bolova i napetosti u tim dijelovima tijela, kao i na\u010dinima kako modificirati asane kada se bol ve\u0107 javlja, a \u017eelimo odr\u017eati kontinuitet joga prakse.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"x14z9mp xat24cr x1lziwak x1vvkbs xtlvy1s\">\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">Cilj radionica je nau\u010diti kako svjesno i sigurno raditi s bolnim ili ograni\u010denim tijelom \u2014 koje su prave akcije, kako prilagoditi praksu te gdje ima smisla istra\u017eivati, a gdje stati.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"x14z9mp xat24cr x1lziwak x1vvkbs xtlvy1s\">\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">Napomena:<\/span><br class=\"html-br\" \/><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">Ovo nisu terapijske radionice jer se ne radi individualno na specifi\u010dnim dijagnozama ili problemima. To re\u010deno, radionice imaju terapijski u\u010dinak te su namijenjene svima koji imaju bolove, nelagodu ili osje\u0107aj krutosti u podru\u010dju ramena i vrata, kao i onima koji \u017eele bolje razumjeti kako modificirati svoju joga praksu u takvim stanjima.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"x14z9mp xat24cr x1lziwak x1vvkbs xtlvy1s\">\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">Radionicama mo\u017eete pristupiti pojedina\u010dno ili se prijaviti za cijeli ciklus.
