IYENGAR YOGA WEEKEND WORKSHOP WITH ELIZABETH SMULLENS BRASS

After seven years, we are delighted to have Elizabeth as our guest again. Born in America, she has been living and teaching Iyengar yoga in Berlin for many years. As a teacher, she is dynamic, her instructions are precise and motivating, and her personal approach inspires students to get involved, learn and enjoy the benefits of practicing Iyengar yoga.
In this weekend workshop, we will practice both yoga pranayama and asana and the notion of balance and the relationship between breath, mind, and body. We will look at classical postures and adaptations and how our yoga practice can meet us where we are at any stage of life. There will be time for question and answers and exploring how yoga philosophy is woven into in the Iyengar yoga tradition.
The workshop will be in English, and will be held on Friday, Saturday and Sunday, October 2- 4, 2026. If necessary, we will have simultaneous translation to Croatian (in a smaller group),
